Time to kick into gear again while I&#039;m still down about 9 pounds from my highest weight.  I like the idea of packing a lunch and measuring the calories.  I&#039;ve made some great home made whole wheat bread and could do a good little 300 cal turkey sand with a few chips and diet coke.  Save money, time and lose weight.  It&#039;s too hard to know your intake when you go out to lunch.  I am busy, working hard and enjoying the challenge.  If I break even this year, I&#039;ll be thrilled.  Say hi to the cute librarian you live with.</description>

We&#039;ve also been staying away from fast food entirely (I was going to Wendy&#039;s whenever I didn&#039;t pack a lunch last semester, which was often. Now that I can&#039;t do Wendy&#039;s, I definitely take the time it takes to make a lunch. Actually, Janssen and I switch off days making them, which works fine), and limiting myself to 2 desserts per week (this hasn&#039;t been too difficult, but has been effective to help me cut back on mindless dessert/candy snacking.

I&#039;m currently at 168. Should probably get down to 155 or 160.</description>
