I’ve lost four pounds in three weeks from eating less and exercising more. Approximately 1600 (between 1400 and 1900) calories/day, and 30 minutes of pretty fast running 3 times/week.

You’ll look just like your dad when I married him! You know I’ve told you he had a body like a Greek God . . .
