Gradual Loss Lately

I’m now down about 10 to 245.  I’m trying to stay fairly close to my weight watchers points goal and when I’m able to do it, I lose a little weight.  I also haven’t had an alcoholic beverage since Jan. 1 and that is helping a bit.  How are all of you doing? Heather, Rick, Julie, Jan?

    At this point I am waiting until I stop nursing the baby to try and lose more weight. I am pretty stable where I am now, so that is good. Right now I am focusing more on walking/running. Basicly, it is the same plan that worked for me before, so we will see.

    Sad as it may seem, but you are assuming that the 4 of us you mentioned (Heather, Rick, Julie and Jan) are those of us that have a continuous battle with weight. I will only speak for myself…Butt…it has been a long cold & very busy winter, I’ve dusted off my bike and am ready to go. It is hard to concentrate on so many things–since weight loss, for me takes high concentration.
